RULES to JOIN the M.S.A. ALLIANCE of ARTISTS:

* Any "Genre of Music", may apply to be a member of the M.S.A. Alliance of Artists.

* We accept all Local, Regional, and National Independent acts of the United States of America or Territories. We prefer, that national mainstream acts, look into our Advertise With Us (sponsor) option.

* There is a yearly fee to join the M.S.A. Alliance of Artists. This fee, is subject to change at any time, without warning or notice. If the fee for service changes during your time of service with the M.S.A., you will not be subject to make up any differences in payment. Although, your following years submission, will commit to the "new" fee's to maintain service or posting. There is also, "NO REFUND", once you join or pay for the service! Be Sure, that the M.S.A, is something you truly want to be apart of in the promotion of your music or art!

* DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ACTS? Providing you do the necessary steps to apply, pay fee's, and attempt to join. Yes! For now, although, be for warned! There will be no current special treatment. You will be listed amongst other U.S. acts within the individual listing environments. Only! For the time and current time being.

* You CANNOT! Be A Band, Artist, Service, Work for Hire, Store, Studio, or Venue, that promotes your service for the following: The recruitment of gang affiliations, cult affiliations, terrorist organizations, religious affiliations, or any such division or creation of recruitment. You ask, "Who would be so foolish?" You would be astonished! There are some real nut jobs, looking to get theirs, in their own ways....

* WE PREFER! You have control and rights to an official website, although we know some operate per other agenda's or URL's. Either way! You pay to play, thus no matter the link, you must provide one, that is accessible to the public and pay any rates, that apply to being a member.

* YOU MUST OWN, OPERATE, OR HAVE 100% RIGHTS! To the Links, Websites, URL's, or Service of which you provide for Submission to the M.S.A. Alliance of Artist's! Or be willing to provide proof or await verification of proof, by us, that you have the right's to post the links you provide! Meaning, if you are not the artist or service, we accept to be a member of the M.S.A., then you provide a link to a viagra site. We will contact you to verify the link, if it turns out your link is false, we will then remove the link.

* Before, You Order the Packages to Become a Member of the M.S.A. Alliance of Artists! You need to make contact with us here: CONTACT. Let Us Know, What Service within the M.S.A., that we offer, of which, you are interested in here: CONTACT. Then once we both have verified what is best for you or which service you are interested in; Order your M.S.A. Package from our online store theMORGUE STORE. There are three ways to pay for your service or package with the M.S.A. (they are as follows): On the Street (via our Events, Performances, or Otherwise), By Email, Money Order. Review! The Following Information is the rates to apply and join the M.S.A. Alliance of Artist! The following rates and financial figures have been made available and fair to members, whom sign up and join the M.S.A. Alliance of Artist. At this time, the following rates, are current and will be so until changed. After much discussion amongst our label & staff.

These rates have been applied to make life, membership, and all fair in the realm of the M.S.A. Alliance! Remember! No one is above the rest, and for some, we have had to adjust, because we know there are many whom can afford, and many whom can not afford certain agenda's. If you disagree with the rates, then the math is simple! Join or do not Join! The following rates to obtain membership into the M.S.A. Alliance of Artist, are as follows:

For all the individual member areas: "We will post a "Free" Hyper Text Link for 6 months!"

After this period, there will be a required payment to maintain membership within the M.S.A. Alliance. At approximately $3.00 per month or yearly subscription of $36.00 per year.
